Judith Raanan, 59, and her daughter, Natalie Raanan, 17, were released by Hamas to the Red Cross and have returned to Israel. They were taken hostage while in Israel for a relative’s birthday.
The release was facilitated by the International Committee of the Red Cross, bringing hope to their families.
President Biden expressed joy at their release and thanked Qatar and Israel for their support.
