The Executive Secretary of ABEOCCIMA, AbdulRahman Maku, conveyed this sad news in an official statement on Saturday.
Maku revealed that Chief Lawson, who was a prominent figure, passed away in the early hours of Saturday. The family will provide details regarding the burial arrangements at a later time.
Chief (Mrs) Lawson, up until her passing, was not only a successful businesswoman but also held the position of past President of the Nigeria Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (NACCIMA). She was also the proprietor of the respected Lawson Group of Schools in Abeokuta. Her contributions and legacy will be remembered.
