Jamie Foxx faces a sexual assault lawsuit filed by “Jane Doe” in a New York court, alleging an incident at Catch NYC restaurant in 2015.
The claim, submitted just before the expiration of the New York Adult Survivors Act, accuses Foxx of assaulting Doe in the rooftop lounge.
The documents state that Foxx, allegedly intoxicated, grabbed her by the arm.
The suit also names restaurateur Mark Birnbaum and managing partner Arie Kovant.
Doe seeks damages, citing physical and emotional injuries.
