On November 23, Chef Dammy was summoned for questioning by the Police AIG in Zone 17, Akure, Ondo state, in response to a petition reportedly filed against her by her pastor.
The spokesperson, DSP Hakeem, confirmed her invitation, stating that she attended and was subsequently granted administrative bail after presenting a surety.
Hakeem emphasized that she is not in police custody and was not detained.
Chef Dammy gained attention for her attempt to cook for 120 consecutive hours, following Hilda Baci’s Guinness World Record achievement.
However, she later had a falling out with her pastor, accusing him of threatening her life.
In response, the pastor filed a lawsuit, demanding she retract the allegation of a threat to her life.
