A new accuser, Caron Bernstein, has filed a sexual assault lawsuit against fashion photographer Terry Richardson just before the New York State Adult Survivors Act deadline.
Bernstein claims she was sexually assaulted in 2003 during a photo shoot, joining Spanish model Minerva Portillo, who also recently accused Richardson of assault.
Bernstein alleges further abuse, including the unauthorized publication of explicit photos. Richardson, known as “Uncle Terry,” has a controversial history, having directed Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball” video and faced previous #MeToo era allegations.
The lawsuit is among several recent legal actions against notable figures for sexual assault.
