In an Israeli airstrike on Sunday, journalist Hamza Dahdouh, son of Al Jazeera’s Wael Dahdouh, was killed along with journalist Mustafa Tharia in the southern Gaza Strip.
The attack targeted a team of journalists reporting from an area where civilians sought refuge from Israeli strikes.
This incident is perceived as a retaliatory move against Wael Dahdouh and Al Jazeera.
