Fiery Gourmet Foods, Inc. issued a voluntary recall of five sauces sold in Minnesota on January 8, citing undisclosed ingredients that include “undeclared wheat,” posing a risk of severe reactions for those with allergies.
The affected products, such as Benny T’s Vesta Dry Hot Sauce Ghost, Hot, Reaper, Scorpion, and Very Hot, were distributed nationwide between January and September 2022.
Consumers who purchased these sauces with specified lot numbers and expiration dates are advised to discard them to avoid potential health risks.
As of January 8th, no reported illnesses are associated with the consumption of these products.
