The Henley Passport Index released its latest ranking of the world’s most powerful passports on Thursday.

The HPI, a global passport-ranking website, assesses passports based on the number of destinations accessible without a prior visa.

According to their data, Nigeria is positioned 95th out of 104 countries with powerful passports, trailing behind countries like Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Lesotho, Morocco, Benin Republic, and Namibia.

The index notes that Nigerians currently have access to approximately 45 visa-free countries with their passports.
