Mila De Jesus passed away from suspected cardiac arrest on Friday.
The 35-year-old, known for her transformation after weight loss surgery, was originally from Brazil and resided in Boston with her family.
Her husband, George Kowszik, confirmed her death to the New York Post.
De Jesus is survived by four children from a previous marriage.
Her daughter, Anna Clara, shared a tribute on Instagram, expressing deep sadness over the loss of their beautiful mother. The caption, roughly translated, conveyed gratitude for prayers and condolences, asking for continued support.
In July, Mila De Jesus disclosed her battle with psoriasis, affecting 80% of her body.
