Diddy encountered legal troubles amidst accusations of sexual assault.
Charles Kenyatta Jr., also known as Charlie Cee, filed a lawsuit in New York, alleging trademark infringement and breach of contract by the Bad Boy Records founder.
Kenyatta, an inmate, claimed that his “Act Bad” trademark was used without permission for Diddy’s merchandise linked to the mogul’s 2023 single of the same name.
Despite alleged communication about an agreement, Diddy’s lawyer reportedly ignored emails from Kenyatta’s lawyer.
Kenyatta accused Diddy and an individual referred to as John Doe of scheming to exclude him from the deal, seeking $10 million in damages for the tarnished trademark.
