Paul Levesque, known as “Triple H,” the chief content officer at World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), addressed the public after Vince McMahon’s resignation from the board of WWE’s parent company, TKO Group Holdings.
This followed a lawsuit by a former employee, Janel Grant, accusing McMahon of serious allegations.
Levesque, McMahon’s son-in-law, claimed no prior knowledge of the lawsuit and expressed a focus on ensuring a safe work environment for WWE employees without providing specific details.
McMahon, denying the allegations, retired in July 2022 amid an investigation, later returning to TKO in 2023.
The company recently merged with Endeavor, forming TKO.
The men’s Royal Rumble winner, Cody Rhodes, mentioned the allegations casting a shadow over WWE, while Levesque highlighted a positive week for the company, including a significant deal with Netflix and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson joining TKO’s board of directors.
