Russia stated on Friday that if the United States was certain that Ukraine wasn’t implicated in a mass shooting incident near Moscow, Washington should disclose any relevant information it possessed.
Earlier on Friday, White House spokesperson John Kirby mentioned, “There was no indication at this time that Ukraine, Ukrainians were involved.”
In response, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated, “The White House said it sees no signs that Ukraine or Ukrainians are involved in the terrorist attack in Moscow.”
She questioned the basis for Washington officials to draw conclusions about someone’s innocence amid a tragedy.
Zakharova emphasized that if Washington had information, it should be shared, but if not, it shouldn’t make such assertions.
