The husband of conjoined twin Abby Hensel is facing a paternity lawsuit from his ex-wife, as per court documents.
Abby and Brittany Hensel, known for their TLC reality show, gained fame as conjoined twins in the US.
Abby, aged 34, married army veteran Josh Bowling in 2021. Following their marriage, they received online hate and had to defend themselves.
Recent Minnesota court records from October 2023, obtained by The New York Post, reveal that Bowling was served with a paternity lawsuit by his ex-wife Annica Bowling. They were married for 9 years and separated in 2019.
Annica filed the suit two years after Abby and Josh’s wedding, which may involve her third child born in 2020, though the details are unclear.
On March 7, 2024, a “genetic test report” was added to the court file, marking the latest development.
Abby and Brittany were born in 1990 as dicephalic parapagus twins, joined side by side with individual heads, two hearts, and two sets of lungs, but sharing most other organs. They each control one side of their body, learned to drive, and earned university degrees.
