New entertainment options are continuously emerging in Las Vegas, offering both visitors and locals a diverse range of activities to enjoy.
One of the latest additions is the Play Playground at Luxor, opened by MGM Resorts International in January 2024.
Spanning 15,000 square feet, this immersive adult playground features interactive games focusing on skills like memory, puzzles, and teamwork.
The venue offers 20 different games and attractions, along with two bars, VIP mezzanines, and private event spaces.
Unlike traditional arcade venues, Play Playground doesn’t include arcade, virtual reality, or augmented reality games; instead, players earn credits for winning immersive games that can be redeemed for prizes.
Another notable entertainment hub in the city is Area 15, situated just off the Strip on South Rancho Drive. Boasting 28 unique venues, Area 15 includes a carnival midway, arcade, flight simulator, indoor golf simulators, roller glider ride, virtual reality experiences, lounges, and dining spots.
However, it will soon bid farewell to Lost Spirits Distillery, known for its immersive circus show, when it closes on April 29.
On a different note, golf legend Tiger Woods and his partner TaylorMade are set to unveil their PopStroke mini-golf and dining concept near the Strip on South Las Vegas Boulevard.
This 13th location of PopStroke features two distinct 18-hole mini-golf courses, an open-air dining area, outdoor beer garden, multiple bars, playground for children, oversized screens, and an ice cream parlor serving signature milkshakes.
The venue is designed to cater to various events, from bachelor and bachelorette parties to corporate gatherings, with a range of amenities including ping pong, foosball, and corn hole.
Visitors can also use the PopStroke app to track scores and order drinks during their mini-golf experience.
PopStroke in Las Vegas operates from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays and extends its hours till midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
