Hip-hop icon Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking and related charges in a New York federal court.
Accused of running a criminal organization using drugs and violence to exploit women, Combs was arrested following raids on his Miami and Los Angeles homes.
The 14-page indictment lists charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and coercing women for prostitution.
Prosecutors argue he’s a flight risk and should remain in custody.
Combs’ lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, called the charges “unjust.”
The case includes accusations of physical and sexual abuse, echoing previous claims made by ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. The indictment details Combs’ alleged criminal activities, including orchestrating “Freak Offs,” where women were forced into sexual acts.
Federal agents also uncovered firearms and other incriminating items during their investigation.
Combs maintains his innocence, describing past accusations as baseless.
