Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new lawsuit from a model who claims he abused her over several years, caused her pregnancy, and had his ex-girlfriend, Yung Miami, pressure her into having an abortion.
The plaintiff, referred to as Jane Doe, filed the lawsuit on Friday, alleging that during a four-year period, the rapper drugged and assaulted her, leading to a pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage. She also claims that Yung Miami, whose real name is Caresha Brownlee, harassed her and pressured her to terminate the pregnancy.
This lawsuit adds to the mounting legal troubles for Diddy, who is currently in a Brooklyn jail awaiting trial on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.
The woman states she met Diddy in 2020 when she was invited on a fully funded trip.
