A judge has made Diddy’s accuser reveal her name in her lawsuit against him. Anna Kane, who used to be married to NHL player Evander Kane, shared her name in a court filing on December 6.
Anna, who says she was 17 when the incident happened, accuses Diddy and his associates of assaulting her. She had wanted to stay anonymous but agreed to show her name after the defendants asked for it. She said they tried to scare her, but she is ready to continue with the case.
Anna says she was invited onto Diddy’s private jet, where she was given alcohol and drugs before being attacked. She claims that Diddy then took her into a bathroom and assaulted her without her consent.
Anna’s lawyer, Douglas H. Wigdor, says this was part of a plan to take advantage of her, bringing her to New York for the attack. Even though the allegations are serious, the lawyer said Anna has not been permanently harmed.
Diddy denies the accusations. Anna and Evander Kane, who divorced in 2021, were married in 2018. The trial is set to start in May 2025.
