Two weeks after leaving the White House, Joe Biden has secured representation with Creative Artists Agency (CAA), a major talent agency based in Los Angeles. CAA, which also represents former President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama, announced on Monday that it had re-signed Biden, having previously represented him from 2017 to 2020.
Richard Lovett, the agency’s co-chairman, praised Biden in an Instagram post, calling him “one of America’s most respected and influential voices in national and global affairs” and highlighting his lifelong dedication to public service.
During his previous partnership with CAA, Biden published Promise Me, Dad, a memoir about his late son Beau’s battle with cancer, which was accompanied by a nationwide paid book tour.
CAA also represents other prominent Democrats, including the Obamas’ Higher Ground Productions, former Senator Joe Manchin, and former Representative Beto O’Rourke.
