Kourtney Kardashian typically ignores the wild rumors surrounding her family, but this time, she’s speaking out. After online speculation claimed her 15-year-old son, Mason Disick, is the father of a 1-year-old baby, Kourtney decided to set the record straight.
In late February, multiple TikTok videos circulated alleging that Mason has a child named Piper, citing an Instagram account believed to be his—though not his official one. Once Kourtney caught wind of the rumors, she felt compelled to shut them down.
“I rarely address rumors or conspiracies about my family, but this is about my child, and it feels wrong to let anyone believe these lies for even a second,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories. “They are not true. Mason does not have a child.”
She went on to emphasize Mason’s desire for privacy, urging the media and the public to respect his boundaries. “My son values his privacy, and I’m asking all media to be respectful. He is a kid with feelings and a bright future ahead of him. Please stop spreading false narratives,” she continued. “To those making videos about my kids, who are minors, please stop and leave them alone.”
Unlike some of his famous relatives—such as his cousin North West, who embraces the spotlight, or his siblings Penelope and Reign, who appear on The Kardashians—Mason has largely avoided public attention in recent years. As he recently opened a public Instagram account, it’s understandable why Kourtney wants to protect his privacy and quickly shut down harmful rumors. No child, regardless of their family’s fame, should have to deal with such speculation.
