The Met Gala, fashion’s most anticipated night, returns on May 5, 2025, celebrating Black dandyism with its theme “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” inspired by Monica L. Miller’s book Slaves to Fashion.
This year’s event, held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, will spotlight suiting and menswear through the lens of Black diasporic identity.
While the Met traditionally keeps its guest list under wraps, the 2025 co-chairs and several high-profile attendees have already been announced.
