The highly anticipated “Jesus Global Impact Joyfull Praise Choir UK Live Recording” event in Leicester, UK has been postponed because travel visas for the artists were delayed.
The event featured a stellar lineup including guest musicians Takesure Zamar, Sir Benjamin Rupapa, Mkhululi Bhebhe, Benjamin Hamandishe, and Voices of Triumph choir. Sponsored by Diaspora Insurance, the event will now take place on September 27 at the same venue, Athena Theatre, Leicester.
Organizers Joyfull Praise Choir and MJ Events expressed deep regret in a statement, acknowledging the disappointment among attendees. They explained, “We regretfully announce the postponement of the Jesus Global Impact: Joyfull Praise Choir UK Live Recording event originally scheduled for July 13, 2024, in Leicester. This decision stems from delays in obtaining travel visas for our choir. We understand the frustration this news may cause for those eagerly anticipating this night of worship and praise. Despite our efforts to resolve this issue, visa processing delays are outside our control.” Tickets already purchased will remain valid for the rescheduled event.
