Miss South Africa contestant Chidimma Adetshina has shown hesitation about returning to South Africa soon.
Adetshina, who faced backlash after being announced as a contestant, withdrew from the pageant following accusations from the South African Home Office involving her mother in fraud and identity theft.
After stepping back from the Miss South Africa competition, Adetshina accepted an invitation to participate in the Miss Universe Nigeria pageant.
Since her arrival in Nigeria, she has expressed excitement about her stay.
In an interview with Cool FM Nigeria, Adetshina said, “I’m not eager to return to South Africa. I want to stay longer and see what unfolds.”
She has expressed a wish to remain in Nigeria, her father’s homeland.
