Cassie Ventura gave birth to a baby boy on May 27, according to reports.
This new addition comes three months after Cassie revealed her pregnancy on Instagram, sharing family photos with her husband and their daughters, Frankie (5) and Sunny (3), and captioning the post simply with “#3.”
Alex Fine, whom Cassie married in 2019, also celebrated the news online, calling their growing family the “best gift I could ask for.” His deep affection for his children has been clear since the birth of their first daughter, Frankie, whom he once promised to support at every milestone event and described as an indescribable blessing.
Cassie, too, has shared heartfelt tributes to her daughters, once writing in a December 2022 Instagram post: “Frankie Stone, there are no words to describe the love that I have for you… you make Mommy’s heart SO happy!”
The couple’s joyful news comes on the heels of a difficult chapter.
Just two weeks before the baby’s arrival, Cassie testified in Combs’ federal case, in which the rapper faces charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, and coercion (charges to which he has pleaded not guilty).
Her courtroom appearance followed a $20 million settlement in November 2023, just a day after she accused Combs of sexual assault, battery, trafficking, and creating a hostile work environment—allegations he denied.
During her four-day testimony in mid-May, Cassie detailed alleged abuse and manipulation during their relationship, telling jurors that Combs exerted control over many aspects of her life.
Alex Fine stood by his wife throughout her testimony, even joining her in court. In a powerful statement read by her attorney Doug Wigdor, he praised Cassie’s courage:
“In the past five days, the world has gotten to witness the strength and bravery of my wife freeing herself from her past,” he said. “You did not break her spirit… or the woman who made me a better man.”
