Corporal Reuben Hannah, a member of the Nigeria Army, secured a Gold Medal in the women’s 76kg category at the 36th World Military Wrestling Championship in Azerbaijan.
The achievement was announced by the Army Headquarters on its official platform, where Corporal Hannah expressed gratitude to the Chief of Army Staff and other service chiefs for their support.
Notably, she had previously earned a silver medal in the same event at the 2022 and 2023 African Wrestling Championships.
