The Brooklyn Center Walmart is sold, with plans for a new owner, Bona Ku of Sun Foods, to transform the space into a retail and grocery store by February.
The decision to sell came after the store faced ongoing crime issues, making 6,177 calls for services in the last five years, ultimately leading to its closure in April 2023 due to financial challenges.
