Former Twitter executives, including ex-CEO Parag Agrawal, are suing Elon Musk for more than $128 million in severance.
The other plaintiffs are Ned Segal, former CFO; Vijaya Gadde, former chief legal officer; and Sean Edgett, former general counsel.
They allege Musk dismissed them for gross negligence and willful misconduct during a contentious takeover, which they deny.
