Distinctive Assets, an entertainment marketing company, has been gifting luxurious swag bags to select Oscar nominees for 22 years.
Unaffiliated with the Academy Awards, this year’s “Everyone Wins” gift bags, valued at over $170,000, include perks like a $50,000 stay at Chalet Zermatt Peak in Switzerland, a Caribbean villa retreat, and a Golden Door California wellness experience.
Nominees will also receive high-end kitchen items, cosmetics, and various products from almost 60 brands.
Despite the IRS treating gift bags as taxable income, these coveted items bring value to brands through the nominees’ association.
The Oscars will be live on ABC on March 10 at 7 p.m. ET.
