Akintoye Benson, an aide to the head of the Lagos Chapter of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Musiliu Akinsanya, also known as MC Oluomo, has reportedly passed away.
Benson, seen in a viral video with a wrecked automobile, is believed to have perished in an auto accident on the Third Mainland Bridge on Thursday night.
Ogunseye Vincent, a friend, confirmed his death on Facebook, remembering Benson as a dynamic man with high aspirations.
Until his demise, Benson served as the chairman of the Tricycle Owners and Operators Association of Nigeria (TOOAN) Zone H.
