The student loan extension measure has been enacted by the National Assembly, comprising the Senate and the House of Representatives.
After undergoing first, second, and third readings in both legislative sessions, the bill was signed into law on Wednesday.
The Senate resolution followed the committee’s report on tertiary institutions and TETFUND, which was presented by Muntari Dandutse, the committee chair, during the plenary session.
