Mark Zuckerberg, the co-founder of Facebook, recently acquired a $300 million mega yacht along with a $30 million companion boat, following speculation about his interest in investing in a yacht.
The vessel, named Project 1010, was initially delayed due to sanctions related to its Russian origins but was later imported to the United States and docked in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
This purchase adds to Zuckerberg’s history of extravagant spending, including his reported $270 million Doomsday bunker.
Despite these lavish expenses, Zuckerberg’s substantial income, estimated at over $3 billion annually, allows him to recoup such costs quickly.
With a net worth of $138.4 billion as of January 2024, Zuckerberg ranks among the world’s wealthiest individuals.
