She shared a photo on Instagram showcasing her damaged vehicle, along with a video of her being transported in an ambulance, accompanied by the plea “Say a prayer for me.”

Pelumi commenced her trip on January 31, 2024, encountering various obstacles along the route. These obstacles included a 24-hour delay at the Liberian border and being refused entry into Sierra Leone last week.
Consequently, she has pushed back her initial return date from March 23, 2024, to April 7, 2024.
