Mark Zuckerberg, the visionary behind Meta (formerly Facebook), has recently undergone a successful knee surgery, stemming from an injury sustained during his rigorous mixed martial arts training.
Zuckerberg, who tore his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), candidly shared his journey on Instagram, stating, “I’m well on the path to recovery. Zuck here, I tore my ACL during sparring and just had surgery to repair it.”
Expressing his gratitude for the dedicated medical team caring for him, he revealed, “I was in training for a competitive MMA fight set for early next year, but that will have to be delayed.”
Nonetheless, he remains determined, adding, “I’m still excited about the prospect and look forward to resuming once I’ve fully recuperated. Thank you to everyone for the unwavering love and support.”
