According to reports, a fake lawyer, Brian Mwenda, who falsely claimed to be a High Court Advocate in Kenya, has been apprehended by Kenyan authorities.
Shockingly, Mwenda successfully argued and won 26 cases before High Court Judges, Magistrates, and Court of Appeal Judges before his arrest.
Even judges were initially unaware of his deception. He had convincingly dressed in a lawyer’s black gown and wig.
This arrest has ignited discussions about his legal prowess, with some suggesting he should be granted a license to practice, considering his courtroom success even without formal credentials.
