The woman claims in court documents obtained by TMZ that the incident occurred in February 2003, alleging that Lee groped, kissed, and penetrated her without consent.
She states feeling pressured during the flight, where Lee and the pilot were reportedly drinking alcohol and using substances.
The woman is now suing for damages, citing anxiety, depression, and PTSD as a result of the alleged assault.
