Marvel star Jonathan Majors faced a split verdict, found guilty of one count of assault and harassment, acquitted of two other counts in a case involving an altercation with his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari.
The jury suggested recklessness in assault but not intentional harm.
Majors, who played Kang in Marvel films, awaits sentencing on Feb. 6, potentially facing up to a year in prison for misdemeanors.
The judge renewed an order of protection preventing contact with Jabbari.
The defense claimed Jabbari was the aggressor, portraying the case as a relationship ending, not a crime.
Majors did not testify in his defense.
