The watch, intended for a charity auction in Austria, led to a tax payment issue.
Schwarzenegger cooperated during the incident, calling it a “total comedy of errors.”
Criminal proceedings for tax evasion have been initiated, but his nonprofit plans to report the watch post-auction.
Despite the ordeal, Schwarzenegger remains optimistic about the upcoming charity event.
