The lawsuit filed against former WWE Executive Chair Vince McMahon and former wrestler John Laurinaitis, alleging sexual misconduct and sex trafficking, has gained clarity as high-ranking executives’ names are now tied to several allegations.
A former WWE employee filed the complaint on Jan. 25, with an attorney confirming the accuracy of the newly revealed names disclosed by Front Office Sports.
The lawsuit implicates four corporate officers, identified as Corporate Officers No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4, all allegedly aware of McMahon’s inappropriate behavior and relationship with Janel Grant, a former WWE employee.
Some of the alleged misconduct includes rape, sexual assault, and McMahon’s sharing of explicit material involving Grant within and outside the company.
WWE President Nick Khan, identified as Corporate Officer No. 1, is accused of being aware of McMahon’s behavior and facilitating Grant’s employment despite this knowledge.
WWE Chief Operating Officer Brad Blum, Corporate Officer No. 2, allegedly made hiring decisions and facilitated Grant’s role within the company while being aware of the rumors surrounding her relationship with McMahon.
Former WWE Chair and Co-CEO Stephanie McMahon, referred to as Corporate Officer No. 3, is accused of being aware of McMahon’s inappropriate conduct and allegedly positioning Grant near her during executive meetings attended by those aware of the situation.
Brian Nurse, former general counsel and head of WWE’s legal department, identified as Corporate Officer No. 4, allegedly offered Grant a position in the legal department at McMahon’s behest and exhibited hostility towards her based on suspicions surrounding her relationship with McMahon.
Nurse was terminated from WWE in November 2020.
