According to the Russian news agency, four suspects have been charged in connection with a deadly terrorist attack at a concert in Moscow’s Crocus City Hall.
The Russian ambassador to the United States alleged that the U.S. administration did not provide specific information through the Russian Embassy in Washington about potential preparations for the attack.
The attack resulted in the deaths of at least 137 people, including three children, and injured 182 others.
The suspects, identified as Dalerjon Mirzoev, Rachabalizod Saidakrami Murodali, Muhammadsobir Zokirchonovich Fayzov, and Shamsidin Fariduni, face charges of committing a terrorist act as part of an organized group.
Russian authorities have ordered pre-trial detention for the suspects.
The search for bodies at the concert venue continues, and Russian President Vladimir Putin has been briefed on the arrests.
The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack.
The Russian ambassador criticized the U.S. response to the attack, questioning whether all available information was shared prior to the incident.
