Federal authorities from Homeland Security Investigations confiscated electronic devices during authorized searches of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ properties, according to law enforcement sources speaking to ABC News.
The searches, conducted in Los Angeles and Miami, were part of a federal investigation into allegations of sex trafficking involving the hip-hop and liquor magnate.
Agents collected evidence during the searches as part of a probe overseen by prosecutors from the Southern District of New York.
Combs faces civil lawsuits from four women alleging rape, sex trafficking, and other abuses, which he has vehemently denied.
Representatives for Combs did not immediately respond to requests for comment from ABC News.
Federal prosecutors in Manhattan have spoken with multiple women, sending agents to gather evidence to support their claims.
