A shocking incident unfolded at a restaurant in Quevedo, Ecuador, where Landy Párraga Goyburo, a former Miss Ecuador contestant, was fatally shot by two gunmen on Sunday.

CCTV footage trending online captured the assailants bursting into the eatery as Párraga and another man stood chatting at a table.

In a swift and brazen attack, one of the gunmen opened fire, hitting Párraga and the man before firing additional shots at Párraga as she lay on the ground. The gunmen then fled the scene.
