Police in Abuja found the body of a popular crossdresser on a road in the Federal Capital Territory.
The FCT Commissioner of Police, Bennett Igweh, has initiated an investigation into his death .
According to a statement by Josephine Adeh, the Police Public Relations Officer, officers were alerted by a distress call reporting a woman’s body along the Katampe-Mabushi expressway. However, upon arrival, detectives found that the deceased was actually a man dressed in female attire, with no identification on him.
