Beyoncé recently delighted her fans by sharing highlights from her birthday celebration with JAY-Z.
The pop icon, who turned 43, posted a collection of Instagram photos on September 5th, revealing scenes from her sun-drenched vacation at a tropical locale.
The intimate pictures show Beyoncé and her husband relaxing and enjoying their time together.
In the photos, they are seen enjoying Beyoncé’s newly launched whisky, SirDavis.
The couple is pictured swimming in the ocean, lounging with cigars, and relaxing in a chic cabana.
Beyoncé also posted solo images celebrating her birthday with festive balloons, expressing her thanks in the caption: “I’m so grateful for another year. Thank you for the loving birthday wishes.”
SirDavis marks Beyoncé’s debut in the spirits industry. Created in collaboration with Moët Hennessy, the whisky is named after her great-grandfather, Davis Hogue, who was a moonshiner during Prohibition.
Beyoncé shared, “I’ve always been drawn to the power and confidence I feel when drinking quality whisky and wanted to invite more people to experience that feeling. When I discovered that my great-grandfather had been a moonshine maker, it felt like my love for whisky was destined. SirDavis is my way of honoring him and creating a new legacy together.”
Crafted, blended, and bottled in Houston, SirDavis is Moët Hennessy’s first American-developed spirits brand. Each bottle is priced at $89 and is available both in stores and online worldwide.
The packaging, featuring a prancing horse, reflects Beyoncé’s recent shift towards country music and complements the theme of her latest album, Cowboy Carter.
