Diddy is ready to confront his criminal case head-on, as his lawyer announced that he plans to take the witness stand in his defense.
According to TMZ, a new documentary titled The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment is set to debut on Tubi. Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, was interviewed for the film and stated that the mogul is eager to testify. “I don’t know if I can keep him off the stand. He’s very motivated to share his story, including details from the Cassie video,” Agnifilo said.
Harvey Levin expressed surprise at this development, noting that putting Diddy in the position to discuss the Cassie video, as well as allegations of blowing up a car, is a significant risk.
Agnifilo emphasized, “He has a unique story to tell—one that involves love and heartbreak.”
