One of Diddy’s attorneys, Erica Wolff, told TMZ that Mr. Combs cannot respond to every baseless claim amid what has become a chaotic media spectacle. However, she emphasized that he firmly denies any allegations of sexual abuse, including those involving minors, and looks forward to clearing his name in court through evidence, not speculation.
Diddy is facing upcoming lawsuits for sexual assault and abuse, with a Houston-based law firm representing now 120 accusers.
Some of these accusations are being publicly shared for the first time, including a claim that Diddy sexually abused a 9-year-old boy.
Attorney Tony Buzbee stated that multiple lawsuits will be filed within 30 days, including one from a victim who alleges he was just 9 years old when Diddy and others abused him at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York.
Buzbee also mentioned representing other victims who were minors at the time of the alleged abuse, including one individual who claims Diddy coerced them into performing oral sex.
Another case involves a 15-year-old who was allegedly flown to New York City for a party, drugged, and then raped by Diddy and others. Buzbee, who has represented high-profile cases against Travis Scott and Chris Brown, claims his clients were subjected to sexual exploitation and forced to consume drinks laced with the drug xylazine, or “tranq.”
Previously, Buzbee’s firm announced they were representing over 50 alleged victims of Diddy’s “Freak Off” parties, and the number has now grown to 120.
Buzbee indicated that more celebrities may be named in the lawsuits and said the alleged abuse occurred in well-known venues and private locations in Los Angeles and New York, with lawsuits to include “shocking” names.
Despite these claims, Buzbee has not yet filed any cases.
Meanwhile, Diddy is also dealing with other legal battles, including charges of sex trafficking
