Diddy has publicly denied a series of new allegations while currently being held in custody.
His lawyer, Erica Wolff, addressed the claims made by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing over 100 individuals accusing Diddy of abuse, including 25 minors.
Wolff firmly stated that Diddy “categorically denies” all allegations of sexual misconduct, including those involving minors, calling the claims “false and defamatory.” She emphasized that Diddy is ready to prove his innocence in court, where the truth will be determined by evidence rather than media speculation.
During an October 1 press conference, Buzbee revealed details of the accusations, which include allegations of inappropriate behavior at professional and social events. One incident allegedly involved a minor at a work-related function, while another accuses Diddy of drugging a woman at a party.
Buzbee also claimed that substances were used to impair victims’ awareness, citing one case where a woman reported being drugged at a Miami dinner and later waking up injured in an unfamiliar location.
Diddy is currently facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking through force, fraud, or coercion, and illegal transportation for criminal activities.
