In September, Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, was arrested on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. Recent reports outline a growing list of high-profile individuals implicated in the sexual assault cases against him.
A new lawsuit filed on Monday alleges that Combs sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl during one of his infamous white parties. This case is among six new lawsuits against the hip-hop mogul this October, which include claims of rape and sexual assault. In total, around 120 civil lawsuits are expected to be filed against Combs in the near future.
Combs’ attorneys have vehemently denied all accusations, labeling the recent lawsuits as attempts to gain publicity. They expressed confidence in their legal strategy and the integrity of the judicial process, asserting that “the truth will prevail” and maintaining that Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, regardless of age or gender.
Additionally, a dozen civil lawsuits accusing Combs of sexual assault, misconduct, and human trafficking are already in progress. These complaints, which detail allegations of rape, abuse, and drugging, were originally filed by his ex-girlfriend Casandra Ventura.
In September, Combs faced federal charges for human trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has voiced disappointment with the prosecution and remains focused on clearing Combs’ name.
The lawsuits also mention several well-known figures, including:
●R&B singer Aaron Hall ●Music producer Harve Pierre ●Actor Cuba Gooding Jr., ●Justin Dior Combs
●Jeweler Jacob the Jeweler ●Rapper Yung Miami
●DJ Stevie J
●Singer Kalenna Harper ●Interscope Records co-founder Jimmy Iovine, and ●Universal Music Group CEO Lucian Grainge.
While some are implicated in the allegations, not all face charges, with many serving as witnesses or having separate legal issues.
