North West and her younger sister, Chicago West, are making their mark in the spotlight by starring in their dad Kanye West’s latest music video, BOMB.

The video features the sisters showing off their driving skills and stretching their vocals in a visually unique, old-school video game-inspired setting.

In the music video, which was shared by their mother Kim Kardashian on Instagram on November 28th, North and Chicago are seen driving Tesla cars while being chased by Mario Brothers-like puppet creatures in a desert. North, sporting a fur cap and black jacket, raps, “You know me. I’m da bomb,” as she speeds away from the puppets.

Meanwhile, Chicago, in a playful mood, delivers a fun, innocent verse: “It’s Chicago. It’s Chicago, you know I’m the one. I like to have fun, I like to go to the beach. I like the sun. You know it’s Chi. I only wave when I’m telling them bye.”

The song features rapper Yuni Miles, contributing to its futuristic beat.

BOMB isn’t North’s first collaboration with Kanye West; she was the focus of his 2023 video for Talking, where she also made her debut as a director under the stage name “Miss Westie.” The video charted at #30 on the Billboard Charts, making North one of the youngest performers to achieve this milestone.

North’s musical talents seem to have been influenced by her father, as she has appeared in his videos since she was a toddler, including in the Only One video with Kanye and Paul McCartney.

While BOMB marks Chicago’s debut in the music world, it’s clear that both sisters are embracing their creative sides.

Although it’s too early to predict if Chicago will pursue a career in music, she’s already making memorable moments alongside her sister, and they’ll surely look back on this experience fondly.

  • Trump doubles steel tariffs to 50% in major policy move President Donald Trump announced on Friday that he would raise tariffs on steel imports to 50%, doubling the current 25% rate. Speaking at a US Steel plant in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, Trump described the move as a “major announcement” aimed at protecting American steelworkers. He explained that while he initially considered a 40% tariff, industry leaders pushed for 50%, saying the lower rate was easier to bypass. The new tariff is set to take effect on Wednesday, June 4. Trump praised the tariffs for reviving the US steel industry, warning that without them, American steel production would have vanished and factories shuttered. However, higher tariffs could increase costs for construction and manufacturing, industries Trump has sought to support. Since the initial 25% tariff imposed in March, domestic steel prices have risen due to reduced foreign competition. Using national security powers under Section 232, Trump justified the increased tariffs. The US imported $31.3 billion in iron and steel last year, with Canada being the largest supplier. Trump also highlighted his approval of Japan’s Nippon Steel acquiring a controlling interest in US Steel—a deal he initially opposed but ultimately accepted after safeguards were added, including a “golden share” allowing US oversight. Trump celebrated these actions as significant wins for steelworkers, calling the day “one of the biggest” in their lives, and invited workers onstage to join in the celebration.
