Customers seeking prescriptions will face greater challenges due to the impending closure of a local pharmacy in Brooklyn Center. The CVS at Brooklyn Boulevard and Bass Lake Road is set to close on January 30.
CVS explained in a statement that the decision to close the store was influenced by factors such as “local market dynamics” and “population shifts.” All prescriptions from the Brooklyn Center location will be transferred to the CVS in Robbinsdale.
The store’s manager shared that approximately 12 employees will be offered positions at other CVS stores.
