Matthew Livelsberger, a U.S. soldier, died in an explosion outside a Trump hotel in Las Vegas on New Year’s Day. He had told his ex-girlfriend that his rented Tesla Cybertruck made him feel like Batman.
The explosion, which hurt seven people, was caused by fireworks and fuel canisters in the truck. Authorities think he shot himself before the blast. Livelsberger, who recently separated from his wife, liked both Trump and the Cybertruck.
Investigators haven’t found any link to politics or other attacks.
