Diddy is currently dealing with a series of legal battles and health concerns. The Bad Boy founder, who was arrested in September on charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering, remains in custody at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) as he awaits his trial set for March. In addition to his criminal case, he is also facing multiple lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and other misconduct.
Beyond his legal troubles, Diddy’s health has also become a concern.
According to reports, he was hospitalized last week due to ongoing knee issues. Reports also indicate that he was taken to a local hospital for an MRI after experiencing discomfort. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, declined to comment on the hospitalization, stating, “I cannot comment on anything related to prisoner movements or possible medical issues.”
Diddy’s hospitalization comes just days after a superseding indictment added new allegations against him, including additional victims, kidnapping claims, and arson charges. The indictment also extends the alleged racketeering conspiracy to 20 years.
Agnifilo dismissed these developments, stating, “The latest indictment contains no new offenses. The prosecution’s theory remains flawed. The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs’ former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all but were prostitutes. Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial.”
